Hard to find in the local bookshops of Fairfield County, CT - I found this book, and a selection of other Acrobat 9 books, in a Barnes & Nobel in Brooklyn Heights. They just hit the shelves as the Acrobat 9 software has been released.

For my purposes, this book does not contain references to InDesign CS3 exported PDFs, but there is plenty of need-to-know technicalities laid out in the expected Visual Quickstart style.
